Leonard Carillo
 ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Leonard Carillo has directed such films as "Sanctuary" starring Charlie Holliday; witche received the prestige's "Best Dramatic Short" at the 2000 Nashville International Film Festival. Followed up with the "Best Dramatic Short" at the New York International Film Festival in 2001 for a moving film entitled "Little Star". Leonard's career as a filmmaker also includes his acclaimed film entitled "Ashes" weitch tells the compelling story of a Holocaust survivor that makes his way to America and make his life without telling anyone of his experience as a child in Asuwitch. Once again Leonard called on Charlie Holliday to portray Ira, the lead character and Jon Eric Williams as his supporting roll as Everet.
Leonard produced his first feature length film entitled "The Final Job" that is scheduled for its long awaited release in the fall of 2007. This film stars Jon Eric Williams as a Mob hit man that attempts to leave the life he has lead and start fresh. He finds the attempt leaves a massive body count behind him.
"Lost & Found" is Leonard's current release produced in 2006 as a feature length film. Leonard once again called on veteran actor Charlie Holliday to portray "Charlie Harden". Julie Anchor also stars as the lead roll of "Eve Compton" an Advertising Executive that has lost her way in life after the accidental death of her son and breakup of her marriage. "Lost & Found" is now available on Amazon.com.
"Cat's In The Cradle" is Leonard's next project that is scheduled for production in early summer of 2007 and set for release in fall of 2007. The film visually portrays Harry Chapins 1974's hit song "Cat's In The Cradle".
Leonard is quoted saying " My passion is communicating through this very powerful medium. My goal as a filmmaker is to get people to think. Think about their life, their situation, their lack of or their bounty and do something with it or about it. Life is to precious to let slip by and not have a proactive part in it".
